My first blog post. So at 41 with a new baby of 14 weeks, a toddler of 2 and too many thoughts in my sleep addled brain I’m giving this a go, whether anyone reads it or not (most likely not) remains to be seen. Just realised I’m such a novice at this I don’t even know how to save or publish a post 😳. I’m sure my blogging skills will improve if this is something I manage to keep up. So a little about me, mother of two amazing boys, still amazes me to read that/say it out loud after a divorce, two miscarriages and many years of thinking motherhood would not happen for me, I am blessed with my beautiful family. We live in Huddersfield, Yorkshire and are adjusting to being a family of 4 and the constant exhaustion/joy conundrum (writing this at 4:27am with a non sleeping full of cold baby). Our family: Craig; alpha male, provider of financial security, super-Daddy skills and lots of sarcasm, Charlie; toddler and Emmerdale star (well he’s a star to us!) and Freddie the newbie baby who completes our family. So here goes…… my venture into the world of blogging, wish me luck.
